New CFO at Dechra

Ajay Gandhi joined Dechra from Unilever PLC, where he spent over 28 years in several senior finance positions across a number of different markets, product groups and headquarters, helping elevate financial performance and lead large scale transformations. He succeeds Paul Sandland as CFO, who, after 15 years with Dechra, has decided to take a career break. Ajay is based in the UK.
